How to Refund the Upload Fee

If a book's upload fee is still refundable, you can issue the refund from the Books page. Refunding the upload fee marks the title as unpaid again and brings back the Pay button so you can pay later if you want to continue with that book.

How to Refund It

• 1. Go to the Books page
• 2. Find the book whose upload fee you want to refund
• 3. Click the three-dot menu on the book card
• 4. Select "Refund Upload Fee"
• 5. Confirm by clicking "Yes, refund"

What Happens After the Refund

• The book is marked unpaid again
• The Pay button returns on the book card
• You can pay the upload fee again later if you want to continue working with the title
• Refund eligibility is removed once the refund is issued

When the Refund Option Appears

The refund option only appears for books whose upload fee is still refundable. If the option is not shown, the book has already moved past the refundable stage.
