File Review Process

After you upload your cover and interior files, our team reviews them to ensure they meet print requirements.

File Status

Your files will go through the following statuses:

• Waiting: No file has been uploaded yet
• In Review: File has been uploaded and our team is reviewing it
• Approved: File meets requirements and is ready for printing
• Rejected: File has issues that need to be fixed

How Long Does Review Take?

Review time varies based on our current workload. If your files are still in review, please wait and we will review them as soon as we can.

If Your File Is Rejected

If a file is rejected, you will see the reason for rejection on the Print Files tab. Fix the issues and upload a new file. The new file will go through the review process again.

Both Files Must Be Approved

Both your cover and interior files must be approved before you can download and approve the digital preview or order copies of your book.
